- a front-end RIA developer
- a graduate back-end services developer
- an experienced back-end services developer

We’re looking for a capable Front-end developer with strong OOP development skills and an appreciation for amazing user experience.
Whilst the position will primarily be building Rich Internet Applications in Adobe Flex, the role will involve other rich client technologies including Silverlight, AJAX and mobile platforms (Android, iOS, WM7). As such, you must have an open approach to development. Being able to apply your knowledge and experience to different platforms and being able to adapt and learn new technologies is a desired quality. You will be kept up to date with the latest technology advances and often challenged with new and interesting client problems.
You would be working alongside our other very experienced developers producing great looking, efficient applications which are scalable and maintainable. We require at least 2 years experience of OOP based development in a commercial environment good familiarity with the Flex framework and real passion for what you do.
- Salary expectations: £24,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience

With this position you need to already be familiar with .Net and SQL server but may not have had any commercial experience.
If you want to keep on top of recognised best practices and utilise open frameworks and tools wherever possible this is the job for you. A knowledge of NHibernate or other ORM is a distinct advantage (though not essential) as are any other “Alt.Net” type tools and approaches. You will write clean efficient code that solves complicated problems in a simple and comprehensible manner. If you’re constantly seeking improvement in your development practices and have an open mind to new and different approaches we want to hear from you.
Experience of SQL on any of the major RDBMs (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) is required. Familiarity with ASP.Net MVC and any other non-.Net technologies (php, python, ruby etc.) are beneficial. Any front-end experience of web (html, css, javascript) and desktop (winforms, wpf) platforms is beneficial. Familiarity with ASP.Net MVC is also desirable.
- Salary expectations: £20,000 – £24,000 dependant on experience

In the area
The New Forest is an amazing place to live and work. We’re minutes from Calshot activities centre which is one of the country’s largest indoor rock climbing centres, offers three indoor snowflex ski slopes and even has a velodrome!
The New Forest boasts over 100 miles of cycle trails and some amazing scenery and wildlife. For water sports enthusiasts the Solent offers everything from kite surfing, wind surfing and kayaking to more casual boat trips, there are also several frequent ferry services to the Isle of Wight.
